The Hotel for One: Eukali Residence welcomes a single traveller or one couple in an exclusive environment of privacy and sophistication (adults only). The guest(s) will be looked after by full time staff of the Residence and its live-in manager. Food served is either grown on site or locally sourced from farmers, to ensure freshness, nutritional value, and quality. An award winning chef is available for booking for special occasions. Two very friendly rescued dogs live in the property, so guests must be animal lovers.
It is the ideal place for the sophisticated traveller, the business executive, or government official that seeks an environment of comfort and privacy. It is suggested that Guests have their own transportation, although local taxis can be arranged with advance notice.

Inspiration
The Residence follows a contemporary art-deco architectural style with strong Mediterranean elements. The architectural inspiration is from the famous Villa Sebastien in Hammamet, Tunisia, built in the 1920’s and from the nearby medieval chapel of St George of Ancona, build in the 12th century. A large and eclectic art collection complements the antiques, objets d’ art and contemporary furniture, creating a tasteful and harmonious environment.

Find Us
Eukali is ideally located 5 minutes from Ormideia (population 5,500) and its beaches, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, doctors etc. The residence has easy access to the A3 Highway and it is 15 minutes away from Larnaca, 20 minutes from Larnaca International Airport, and 10 minutes from Ayia Napa and its new marina. In 15 minutes one can be at the walled medieval city of Famagusta with its Othello Tower and gothic Cathedrals.
